They play a vital role in determining physical traits and influencing health. Genes are more Important than most people realize.

If humans are made in the image and likeness of God, that implies that God possesses genes. I believe that God has genes, and that his DNA looks similar to ours. I believe that God has 46 chromosomes, just like we do.

Why are genes important?

Genes govern life as we know it. Their existence extends into metaphysical realms, prompting deeper reflection on the nature of existence itself. Without genes, there is no life. Genes may very well be the most important thing in existence.

Does computer programming mimic genes?

Yes. Computer programming involves writing codes that give commands to technology for technological creation. Genes write the programming for life. If genes existed before computers, then computer programming can be said to mimic genes.
