Ingredients:
1/2 cup quinoa
1 cup water
Juice drained from canned tomatoes, about 1/4 cup
1/2 cup canned tomatoes
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 Tablespoon butter
Directions:
Put quinoa and water in pot.
Add butter.
Set to high.
Once butter is melted, stir.
Add tomato juice, tomatoes, and seasonings. Stir.
Cover pot with a lid.
Boil on high until boiling.
Reduce heat to low.
Cook for 20 minutes on low.
(Adjust for humidity levels)
